Good day friends! If you like our videos and want to support our channel you may send us a SUPERTHANKS or donate to our accounts PayPal: islandlife1221 (Darlene Bumacod) Gcash: 09123132322 (Boris Kuznetsov) Thank you so much for watching! Davao airport is considered an international airport. But currently, the only international flight from here is to Singapore. An hour and a half later, we landed at the Cebu airport. In the evening we headed to the airport to catch our flight. It was raining and we were a little worried that our flight would be delayed. We were relieved when we finally headed to the plane. We finally arrived in Negros. The road to Dauin resembles a runway with lots of little lights. After an interesting journey, we finally arrive at this small resort. This cute bamboo bungalow will be our home for the next two days. Morning has come and we can have a look at the place where we are staying. This resort is called Aivymaes Divers Resort and is located in Dauin, Negros Oriental. There are several bamboo huts with nipa roofs. There are two hammocks on the terrace. You can relax and read a book. Showers and toilets are shared and separate from the rooms. Only air-conditioned rooms have their own toilet and bath. Our cabin is located next to the beach. There are sunbeds and tables. The beach is good. The sand is not white, but the view is still beautiful. Dauin is a town 15 kilometers south of Dumaguete in the province of Negros Oriental. From here you have a spectacular view of Mount Talinis. It is the second highest mountain on Negros Island and the highest peak in the mountain range known as the "Horns of Negros". Scuba diving is one of Dauin's major tourism destinations. There are several marine reserves and dive sites along the coast. After breakfast, we were joined by Dmitry, his wife Naivi and their son Yuri. Their youtube channel "Dmitry west" is already known to many. Boria started watching Dmitry's videos when he was still in Russia. Many people in our comments asked us to meet them. We had been going for a long time and now it finally happened. We got in the car and headed to one of the most famous coffee shops in Downin, Baslay Highland Brew Coffee. We walked up to a large bamboo building. It is both an observation deck and a place to sit and drink coffee. Baslay Highland Brew Coffee is not only a coffee shop, but also a plantation. The beans are grown, roasted and brewed for you right there. The whole project is an initiative of the Baslay Farmers Association. Visitors to this cafe enjoy natural coffee and support the local farming community at the same time. You can hear the coffee mill working. The smell of fresh coffee is very pleasant. The next day Dima and Boria drove to the store to buy the tools and materials they would need today. We got to their home and got to work. They installed some water faucets and connected the hose for irrigation. Yuri is so happy with his new toy. By the road that leads to their plot they installed a light. During the day it is charged from the solar panel, and at night it automatically turns on thanks to the motion sensor, which is installed in it. In the house, they have attached stands for soap dishes and other supplies above the washbasin. After all the chores we got together and enjoyed a delicious lunch outdoors. It is so nice that we spent these days with Dima and his family and got to know them better. Before they were just people on the screen, but now they are in front of us. We are grateful to YouTube for giving us the opportunity to meet good people.
