The game featured big games from Jaylen Wright, Squirrel White, and the Tennessee defense. James Pearce had two sacks for the Vols, and Kamal Hadden picked off Spencer Rattler for a defensive touchdown. Unfortunately, fan-favorite Bru McCoy was carted off the field with a potentially season-ending injury. From a history standpoint, 10/19 of this year will mark 120 years since UT’s first FB game against SC. The Vols now have a 3-game home winning streak against them.
