I met my high school besties Libo and Tongro after a long time. It was a sudden plan but a great success as we enjoyed hopping around the city from restaurants to cafés 😂 Started off at Casablanco- a great restaurant with great aesthetic ambience. It has a beautiful open terrace with aesthetic seating arrangements. The food was good but drinks were average. They do not have much options in food items. They serve continental. More options available in beverages sections(alcohol). Overall it was a good experience. Next stop at My Food Story- it offers two different places in one floor- a French themed restaurant and a cute cafe. We decided to sit at the cafe to chill and cool off for a while. The place gave us a very authentic cool vibes. We all loved the place. They serve different varieties of hot and cold coffees , iced teas, pastries and cookies. It was all very cute and a very different vibe which was lovely. Last stop was dinner at Taste of Kanglei- we all wanted to have a very authentic Manipuri cuisine for dinner so ended up here as we heard a lot of good things about this place. The food was beyond what we imagined , the most authentic Manipuri thali we can have was from here only. We ended up having the best dinner. It defeats all the hi-fi restaurants or cafés we have ever visited. 😂 The price was also very cheap and best. Anyways we three had enjoyed our day catching up with our lives and reminiscing the past.
