Ingredients Below Thanks for watching, if you'd like to see more of our delicious meals don't forget to hit that Subscribe button! 😝 Follow our Instagram 👉   / uncutkitchen   Follow our Facebook page 👉   / uncutkitchen   Camping Breakfast Burger Screenshot & shop 📸 1 Cup Plain flour 2 Pinch’s Salt 2 Pinch’s Pepper 1 Tsp Paprika 1Tsp Rosemary 1/2 CupCornstarch Butter Milk 1 Chicken Thigh 50mL Frank’s Hot Sauce 1L Vegetable Oil 3 Bacon Stips 1 Burger Bun 10g Butter 2 Tsp Maple Syrup 1 Tsp Garlic Mince 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise 2 Tsp Worcestershire 1Eggs Step.1 Lay chicken thigh into container or bowl, pour butter milk over the chicken until fully covered then add a tbsp of Frank’s hot sauce. Cover and refrigerate for at less 30 mins- 1 hour. (the longer the better ) Step.2 Fill a large pot with vegetable oil just enough to cover your chicken thigh and leave on medium heat. Step.3 Cover the bottom of a pan or plate with about 2 cups plain flour, half a cup of cornstarch,tsp paprika,tsp rosemary,pinch of salt and some cracked pepper. Then mix. Step.4 Take your marinated butter milk chicken and coat in flour mix. ( make sure its completely covered ) Step.5 Dip the tip of your chicken in your pot of oil to check if its hot enough. If it bubbles straight away its hot enough to deep fry. Carefully lay your chicken away from yourself into frying pot using tongs. Do not over crowd your frying if your cooking a few at a time, it will not cook evenly and may over flow our pot coursing a fire. Step.6 Using a small mixing bowl add a nob of room temperature butter, tbs maple syrup tbs garlic mince, pinch of salt and pepper. Cut your burger bun in half and speed butter mix. Step.7 Pre heat pan on medium heat and add three strips of bacon once hot turning over a few times until cooked to your liking. Step.8 Using another mixing bowl add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise,tbs Frank’s hot sauce, pinch of paprika,tsp Worcestershire, pinch of salt and pepper and a tsp of garlic mince and set a side. Step.9 Add buns butter side down and toast on pan. Step.10 Remove chicken form deep fry once it looks crispy golden brown and lay onto paper towel. Step.11 Remove any excess oil from pan with paper towel and crack 1 egg into pan. Step.12 Once buns are toasted remove from pan. Spread your sauce mixture onto the lid and base of the buns. Step.13 Remove bacon from pan and lay onto paper towel. Now start building for burger, lay your fried chicken onto the base of your bun followed by your bacon and egg. Enjoy
