Finally, it's here - the #Nike #Vaporfly 4% #flyknit . This is a shoe I've been waiting for for a very long time, and today, I take it on a 7.5 mile test run through the Chicago Loop and the Lakefront Trail on the #runcommute home. This was my first experience with a vaporfly, and it is truly something unique. On the one hand, I can now understand the DNA of this shoe trickling down into other shoes I've run in, like the Zoom Fly Flyknit, Zoom Fly SP, and Pegasus Turbo. But the Vaporfly itself is a different level shoe. It will definitely be my shoe for the #chicagoMarathon Disclosures: I did pay for this shoe with my own money, and no one will be reviewing this video prior to it being published. However, Nike has given me a pair of shoes and some other gear in the past, and they have provided me with a bib and lodging for the 2018 Chicago Marathon. Thanks for watching.
