Well what a fantastic experience I have had over on the East Coast photographing these short-eared owls at Benton Cliffs. I met my good friend Alan Tweeny over there first thing on Monday morning in the car park. Where he greeted me with a fantastic cup of hot chocolate to start the day off. We decided to head over to the North End of Bempton Cliffs. Which we felt was the most likely area for the owls. To go hunting and flying over as it was short grass. Under very well-camouflaged area.
