Note to self and all you lovely people out there: Do not try this unsupervised, you can get stuck on the silk for a few minutes (yep, that happened to me), do not wrap the silk around your elbow, aaanddd, please please wear long sleeves to avoid a terrible silk burn in your arms (yep, this happened to me too, my laugh at the end is a laughter of pure pain) . .
