As our lives are becoming increasingly hectic due to the responsibilities we're carrying on us, stress is a constant. In this talk Saurabh Bothra introduces us to a counter-intuitive approach at dealing with stress whilst explaining things like how our thoughts become emotions and our breath is the most underrated tool in our body, taking inspiration from ancient Indian manuscripts.
