BANNED By my Local Antiques Auction Probably For Life and Threat of LEGAL ACTION

I am a UK Antiques Dealer, Today is a vlog and rant. I have been banned from my local auction house. Banned and told to remove my videos that mention them or face legal action from Monday. I am not a very well-educated man, but I do try and work hard, from what little I understand of Slander and Defamation, firstly the statement has to be a lie ( which is wasn't ), secondly, there has to be actual malice/intent to harm with the statement ( again which there was none ) and finally, if all that is proven then they would have to prove any losses. So my answer to this is, today's vlog, my youtube channel is my community, all my friends are on here and there is my little world where I share all the good and bad that happens to me. no one is going to tell me what I can put on my channel and cant, especially when I am speaking the truth. Please give your opinion on what has happened, if you feel I am in the wrong then say so, I am happy for an unbiased opinion. likewise, if you feel I haven't done any wrong and wish to support me please let me know in the comments again. This is a vlogging channel with a little help and advice thrown in, I do the odd review but mainly this is my little part of the world that I control and feel confident to talk to people. for those of you who know me, you know how awkward I find a face to face conversation.
