SLR Magic APO MicroPrime Cine Lens Set Review with Test Footage!

This video is a review of a set of SLR Magic APO MicroPrime Cine Lenses. I’ll explain the features of these lenses, show you test footage of how the lenses handle skin tone, flare, chromatic aberration, breathing and bokeh. I’ll also let you know if I think that these lenses are worth purchasing after testing them out (I bought them with my own money). There are 4 lenses available in this set: 25mm, 32mm, 50mm and 85mm. They all have T stops from T2.1 to T16 (making them relatively fast — good for low light and shallow depth of field). Because they are cine lenses, they have focus and iris gears, perfect for using with a follow focus system. These lenses feature 150 degrees of focus rotation. They work with full-frame sensors, but I’ll be using them on the Blackmagic Ursa 12k, a super35 sensor. These lenses are suitable for 8k cameras. Thanks for watching.
