2018 Dodge Journey Configurations: The 2018 Dodge Journey comes in four configurations, with two engine to choose from and front -or all-wheel drive. The base model SE and SXT are fairly bare bones, inducing Bluetooth as a normal attribute. Stepping up to this Crossroad gets you lots of the exact same standard features you expect from entry-level trims on different vehicles. The range-topping GT provides you these features plus leather along with a V6 engine. All 2018 DodgeJourney trim levels come standard with front-wheel drive and, excluding the GT, a 2.4-liter four-cylinder (173 hp, 166 lb-ft of torque) paired with a four-speed automatic. Choosing all-wheel drive (or the front-wheel-drive Journey GT) provides you a 3.6-liter V6 (283 hp, 260 lb-ft of torque) and a six-speed automatic transmission. The V6 is also available as a standalone alternative for the SXT and the Crossroad configurations. Its entry-level model engine is really an underwhelming four-cylinder paired with an obsolete four-speed automatic, along with the combo leads to subpar gas market.
