The owners have spared no expense rebuilding an old granite farmhouse and barn to a really high standard, and its one of the best fully off grid properties I've ever seen here in Portugal. The property is powered by a top-quality Victron Energy off-grid solar system, running 7000 watts of solar panels and 17,500WH of lithium battery power storage. Its a very high-tech system with generator backup and will power anything you need! There are two boreholes, a well for irrigation, and they have also installed a special 3-stage filter and UV system to treat the borehole water, ensuring its quality and safety for drinking. Theres also an insulated wooden cabin towards the bottom of the land that the owners lived in while building the house. It has a kitchen and a bathroom, running water, and electricity, and I think it will make an amazing studio, workspace, or somewhere for guests.
