Seated Chair Workout | Lower Body Injury Workout

In this workout, I am giving focus to those who either live in a wheelchair, or for those who have a lower body injury and can't train lower body. This is an upper body workout and is great if you have a lower body injury. I received an email from a mom wanting a workout for her son in a wheelchair. I was moved by the story and wanted to help him move daily in ways that he could.
