I don't know how to edit the tile cards / place card things and it's not working on mobile!) Other Info: Specific to this video, please skip around for some ideas to incorporate into your own designs. My philosophy was generally: * job limit releases priority over trying to farm dragon treasures or farm artifacts * raw stats before percentage-based stats * start using the smithy if average item level 371+ can be achieved * for progression - second job enhancing the first job, even at the cost of bad item level at times * anima crystals to unlock the next mission or two first, then use to level jobs - but not items * dragon treasures for limit releases, then rat tails before gear (and generally just not buying gear) The actual progression will need to be another video. While it's covered several times in each of the Let's Play and the VODs linked at the end, the entire rest of the DLC playthrough are also in that video - so I'd want to capture just the post-game, Chaos difficulty, to DLC1 difficulty progression accelerated without Extra Mode as an option. For any of the above build concepts, having job affinities come together, more item effects, and such will push the builds even higher, safer, or more sustainable. e.g., the stamina knuckles Liberator could have used Hunter 400% to have an influx of MP generation or stacked with Parry: MP Recovery with Monk 250%. For any of the melee builds, Dark Knight 400% with Berserker 250% could have improved the survivability with a form of Protect and Shell active at all times. Along with refilling the break gauge. Or for chain canceling players, having Summoner 120%, Gambler 120%, and Samurai 250% could keep a strong edge for offense, refuel MP, and offer the opportunity to use Lightbringer. Which defensively, Knight 400% could afford some protection in that arena. Or an Intellect knuckles build on Dark Knight with Monk 400% could have used Tyrant (Lunarian) on the second job with enough mitigation and MP generation to use Runic Protection effectively, etc. I digress, I wanted players to have an idea of how much survivability and offense they could have without RNG favoring them by focusing on job levels and using the smithy within the scope of DLC1 (and before turning on Dragon Trials that can really make things uncomfortable if not setup to deal with them.)
