Rommelag bottelpack bp364 - Aseptic filling in plastic container

The plastic containers are blown, filled, and sealed in a single step, with the entire BFS process being executed within the system under aseptic conditions. This gives the filling product maximum protection and makes human intervention superfluous. The various advantages of this contamination-free filling technique using break-proof plastic containers include application-specific packaging in virtually any conceivable design, low production costs, and high output rates – not to mention the minimal spatial requirements of the bottelpack systems. BLOW-FILL-SEAL TECHNOLOGY EXTRUDING – The polymer tube is extruded from granulate and positioned inside the open mold. BLOWING – The mold closes and, in doing so, welds the base. The mandrel is positioned on the container throat and blows sterile air into the tube to create the desired shape. Small containers are created using a vacuum. FILLING – The exact amount of filling as measured by the dosing system is fed into the container via the mandrel. SEALING – Once the mandrel is removed, the head mold comes together to form the desired closure type. DEMOLDING – Opening the mold releases the container from the system and the next cycle begins.
