BTS's Jin has pals, contrary to common notion. Jin once quipped during an interview that he didn't have any friends, much to BTS's surprise and dismay, despite the fact that they considered themselves to be excellent friends after so many years together. However, BTS aren't Jin's only buddies. In the most recent episode of the Disney+ docu-series BTS Monuments: Beyond The Star, a brief segment focused on Jin's personal time with his buddies. We are introduced to his non-celebrity friends, whom he has known since before his debut. The gang went on a camping excursion. They prepared everything before relaxing and speaking. Jin disclosed that he had burnt himself, which ached, and they recommended him to ice it. When he acknowledged to being "too lazy," one of his friends chided him to simply "endure it." "I tried to endure it when I tore a ligament," he said, and his pal countered, "I don't think that's how that works." Jin confessed that if it hadn't been for his pals, he would not have realized and received medical care when he tore a ligament. They took him to the doctor, and thanks to them, his finger has healed. Jin: I attempted to push through, but my friends convinced me to see a doctor. Of sure, my friend. That's great. Jin: The doctor then informed me that I had torn a ligament. Friend: Then you wouldn't be able to use your finger. One of his buddies was worried that Jin's parents would hold him responsible for Jin's injuries. Jin admitted that his mother had a crush on his friend Gun Han.
