Telford Koi Pond - no.159 - Bakki Shower Project - Changing the Pipework to use Purge as Feed.

As you may have seen in my previous videos, I plumbed in my Bakki Shower using an in-pond set up with my pump at the bottom of the pond. This was only ever meant as a short-term solution to get the Shower working and to see if we liked the running water it gave us. Once we made the decision to keep it in play, I set about re-designing the pipework to locate the pump in the filter house and to use the 75mm Slide Gate Flush Point as the clean water feed for my pump. There are some who said it couldn’t (or shouldn’t) be done but in my mind all the flow calculations added up so I needed to try it for myself.
