Been a hot minute since I uploaded a Grandmaster but I only upload ones I haven't done and we're getting increasingly fewer new Grandmasters to show. If you're new to watching my GMs and are confused by the title and thumbnail, I number the GM in the title based on the completed GMs, so this is the 22nd Grandmaster. The thumbnail will be numbered based on the current season so this is the 1st Grandmaster upload for S23. Now that confusing mess is out the way, let us talk about the GM and why I wouldn't say I like it. I don't like Battlegrounds, they're not built for Grandmasters. It still feels like these Battlegrounds compensate for a lack of interesting or new playspace with too many enemies and the constant spawning of enemies in the beginning and the packed room right after are evidence of that. My build is the same old build I run for any difficult content that makes use of Polaris and lots of ignitions and I had a good two randoms who played pretty well utilising Void and Strand. The boss area isn't.. bad per se but I don't like the one-shot ability of Hive Titans and how constant Savathun is but it wasn't completely overwhelming. There's no 'new' GM for me to beat this season so this is my one-and-done of the whole season. Maybe later on I'll upload a long video like I did a few seasons ago but this time I'll run it on other classes to see how I handle it. Lost Sectors have also finished their rotation hence why no new uploads so I'm really only left with soloing the dungeon and then I'll be scraping the bottom of the barrel for content to do.
