After hitting a particular low in my life, I decided to try to learn to be my best friend, change my thought patterns, and learn to be a little more ‘free’. It’s a long journey and I will never reach the end, but each step has been so rewarding and made me fall in love with learning how to thrive as a sensitive person in a complicated world.
