A great day on the Driver for a Fiver runs, decided to just do some driving on loco's I hadn't done before, almost cleared the home fleet for driving now! The video is organised in numerical order, rather than the order I drove them in. The locos are: 20137 - had two goes as no-one was waiting for it at all, brilliant drive though. 26043 - Again, not bad but couldn't quite grasp the power handle positions. As you'll see I kick off the amps not knowing where the power was D7017 - Great to sit in the Hymek! Strange cab layout to what I'm used to, didn't quite get the hang of it but probably would on an experience day 37215 - The best drive of all, wasn't sure if I was encouraged to open the power or not at first! Still has tempted me to secure a place for the driver experience course with one of the 37's. 45149 - Big cab but spacious, massive handle but ok to drive just I could not hear the thrash I might have gave due to the broken compressor pipe meant it was compressing all the time it was in forward. Still, worth the fiver!
