Ingredients: 1kg of Sugar Beans Boiling Water 3 tbs of Oil 2 sliced Onions 2 Green Chillies Fresh Curry Leaves Bay Leaves Cinnamon 2 Starraise 1 Ginger & Garlic 1 tsp of Cumin/Jeera 1 tsp of Roasted Coriander/Dhania 1 Heaped tsp of Tumeric 3 tsp of Masala 1 in a half tsp of Chilli Powder 4 small liquidised Tomatoes 3 for 4 Curry leaves 1 Green Chilli Half a tsp of Sugar 4 diced Potatoes Salt 500ml / 2 cups of Boiling Water Fresh Coriander/Dhania Can be served with rice, roti and a traditional bunny chaw.
