Our Humble presentation on the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivaratri. A challenging and wonderful choreography by Guru Dr. Asha Nair. This beautiful song in our mother tongue Kannada, is a Keertana by the renowned poet saint (known as the father of Carnatic music) Purandara Dasa. This is one of his few compositions on Shankara/ Shiva.Being an avid worshipper of Vittala (Krishna), he has beautifully linked here the two supreme dieties, Krishna and Rudra.
