What to look for when buying a new, used or vintage Butterfly Safety Razor.

In this video I got over what you should look for when buying a New, Used or Vintage Twist to Open (Butterfly style) Safety Razor. I feature in the video a 1956 Gillette Red Tip a 1973 Gillette Flare Tip a Van Der Hagen Chrome and Black 85mm Safety Razor and a Parker 87r. Shave wise the Red tip and Flare tip shave the best. They're both very smooth shaving razors and they're both very forgiving. The Van Der Hagan is also a smooth shaving razor thats is very forgiving as well however it doesn't shave as closely as the Gillettes. The Parker however is a razor you need to take your time with. It has more blade exposure and more blade gap so it's easier to knick yourself with it. It's the closest shaving razor of the bunch.
