In present video, journalist Ritesh Lakhi is recalling the real story of Sukhwinder Sukhi alias Harjit Kahlon. How Amritpal Khalsa of KCF Panjwar started operating under assumed name of Sukhwinder Sukhi in late 1980s and early 1990s and later managed to have his identity changed and operate under another name of Harjit Kahlon. The operations of Sukhwinder Sukhi CAT came to full public light and view in the year 2007 as a senior police officer divulged details about the existence and operations of Sukhwinder Singh Sukhi Cat at Chandigarh. This directly laid the onus on the ex Punjab DGP S S Virk to clear his position on having protected and overseen the deliberate change of identity of Amritpal Khalsa alias Sukhwinder Sukhi and further his incriminating operations. S S Virk then called upon K P S Gill the ex DGP Super cop of Punjab to clear the position and defent S S Virk in protecting the likes of Amritpal Khalsa alias Sukhwinder Sukhi. The whole incident is later on hushed up by top echelons of Police circuit to avoid embarassment to all.
