Please note: this is not to cut down any of the other test kitchen editors & assistants - they are incredible and we appreciate the content & recipes they provide. The purpose of this video is to demonstrate how many times Sohla is called upon onscreen, possibly at the go ahead and insistence of staff and producers behind camera. If being on camera is something Sohla would like to do - great! - discuss it with her! - compensate her! - compensate Sohla for her expertise, her time, and her personality, all of which are bringing Bon Appetit & Conde Nast viewership and subscriptions. It is the duty of BA & Conde Nast to compensate Sohla and every BIPOC fairly for these PAST appearances, and to reflect on, respond to, and change the appalling way they have treated BIPOC employees & contractors. NOTE: Sohla has been in over 30 BA videos in the last 10 months. In this comp I only included videos where Sohla is making an appearance on someone else's featured vid - Sohla's own recipe videos are not part of this compilation, neither are the staff ensemble videos. I demand not only the resignation of Adam Rapoport but also to see BIPOC given fair titles, fair salaries, and compensation for video appearances."
