They may do this out of anxiety because they worry that things will go wrong if they do not maintain control as well. In this video, I'm sharing 4 signs you're being controlled by others. If you feel like you're dealing with one or more of these signs, it might be time to seek out help. It can be difficult to deal with being controlled by others, but it's important to get help if you're struggling.
