Floor Mat Detailing is an essential part of our detailing routine. Each mat must be thoroughly vacuumed, cleaned with appropriate chemicals, steamed (if needed) and then dried using an extractor. We have used our brush to agitate the chemical (Soft99 Fabric Seat Cleaner) into the fabric so it was cleaned deeply. This also helps the chemical to act more efficiently. Lastly, if the customer wishes, it can be coated with a dedicated agent to provide water-repellency and some protection from wear and tear. This will prevent future stains and spills to go on the mats. Even if not shown in this video, we have coated all mats with Soft99 Cloth Barrier, a teflon-based coating, which provides with 3 months of protection on fabric seats, floor, ceiling and mats, as well as fabric convertible tops.
