I used the 16-Bit Audiophile Project's modified version of Michael Stamper's VGM_PLAY that allows for the Mega Drive's VDP (Video Display Processor) to be disabled, theoretically allowing for less interference... or, something. This game is great; I'm more familiar with its sequel which is a bit more advanced, but all things considered its pretty impressive for its time.
