HOT Hiking & Wild Camping the Seven Sisters

The Seven Sisters are an incredible stretch of chalk cliffs along the south coast of England. The last time I hiked them was in 2023 at the end of my South Downs Way adventure. Last time I'd already walked 91 miles BEFORE attempting this cliff walk! It was a slog! This time, I start at Eastbourne and head the opposite direction towards Seaford. I had managed to choose the hottest day of 2024 so far and, due to circumstances beyond my control, the hottest time of the day! The Seven Sisters are very exposed, as are a lot of the South Downs. Suncream, hat and plenty of water are essential. This hike is part of my training for Wainright's Coast to Coast which I'll be doing in a 2-3 months' time.
