MSK Radiology Cases - Spotters Set 6 : Quiz and Discussion (LIVE)

In this video we discuss a few MSK radiology cases. The list of cases is as follows: 1. Adhesive capsulitis – Thickening of the inferior glenohumeral ligament with abnormal soft tissue in the rotator interval. Also seen is supraspinatus tendinosis. 2. Low flow vascular malformation. 3. Segond fracture – Avulsion fracture involving the lateral tibial condyle. 4. Mueller Weiss syndrome – Subtle sclerosis involving the navicular bone. This is characterized by spontaneous adult-onset osteonecrosis of the navicular bone. This is similar to but separate from Köhler disease, which occurs commonly in children 5. Anconeus epitrochlearis – Accessory muscle present along the MEDIAL aspect of the elbow (lower right corner of the image, adjacent to the ulnar nerve). This is usually asymptomatic but can cause “cubital-tunnel” syndrome due to compression of the ulnar nerve in the cubital tunnel. 6. Neurofibromatosis with foci of abnormal signal intensity (FASI) in basal ganglia. 7. Chronic osteomyelitis with sinus tracts. 8. Avulsion fracture of right anterior inferior iliac spine (AIIS) at the attachment of rectus femoris muscle 9. Subchondral Insufficiency Fracture of Knee (SIFK) earlier called SPONK 10. Cavitary metastases and pneumothorax in a patient with osteosarcoma. 🔴 Subscribe for more #radiology content like this: https://bit.ly/radiogyanYT Join our #radiology discussion groups to participate in the discussion live: Telegram: https://t.me/radiogyan 🙍‍♂️ WHO AM I: I'm Amar Udare, a radiology fellow training at McMaster University Canada.
