To order organic oils, place order on Nutri oleum website: ⬇️ www.nutrioleum.com --------- Instagram Nutri Oleum Link ⬇️ https://www.instagram.com/nutrioleum?... _______________________________________ For Business Inquiries: [email protected] Instagram:   / babafoodrrc   Facebook:   / babafoodrrc   For Short Recipes on TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@babafoodsrrc?... ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Gosht Ka Achar With Homemade Masala Written Recipe With Directions Ingredients: -Mutton/Beef boneless 1 Kg (cut it into small cubes) -Salt (namak) 1 tsp -Turmeric (haldi) powder 1/2 tsp -Cooking oil 1 tsp -Ginger garlic (adrak lehsan) paste 2 tbs -Water (pani) 1 cup -Mustard seeds(Rai Dana) 1/4 tsp -Fenugreek seeds(Mathi Dana) 1/2 tsp -Cumin seeds (zeera) 1 tbs -Dried corriander seeds (sabut dhania) 1 tbs -Nigella seed (kalonji) 1/2 tsp -Red chili buttons (sabut lal mirch) 6 -Mustard oil 1 liter or as required -Cumin seeds (zeera) 1/4 tsp -Mustard seeds (Rai Dana) 2-3 pinch -Red chili buttons (sabut lal mirch) 5 -Bay leaves (taz pat) 3 -Red chili (lal mirch) powder 1/2 tsp Directions: -In a pressure cooker, add mutton/beef, salt, turmeric powder, cooking oil, ginger garlic paste, and water. Mix well, cover and cook it for 15 mins on medium flame. -After 15 mins, remove the cover and dry the water on high flame. -In a pan, add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, dried coriander seeds, nigella seeds, and red chili buttons. Dry roast them for 2 mins. -Then, in a spice mixer, add roasted spices and grind them well. -In a pan, add mustard oil and heat it. -Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, red chili buttons, and bay leaves. Cook them for 30 seconds. -Now, add mutton/beef.
