In this video from Partzilla.com, John will install a Koso Honda Grom top end kit on a 2018 Honda Grom. This process will start by getting the plastics off and then tearing the engine down to the cylinder. Once we get the engine torn down, we’ll show you how to install a big bore kit on a Grom. John will take you through the process of adjusting the ring gaps and prepping the piston before installing it. Then, we’ll show you how to install the cylinder and follow it up with the head installation on the Grom. Finally, John will explain how to adjust the valves on the Grom.
