Disneyland Half Marathon

Was the Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend everything I hoped, dreamed, and expected it to be? Yes and no. I went into this weekend knowing that there was probably going to be some things that runDisney probably still needed to figure out. They haven't had races in Disneyland for 7 years. And, I knew that they were going to be such a different feel than the races at Disney World. But, I will say I still had a BLAST during the Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend! Does Disneyland races still have a lot to figure out logistically? Absolutely. But I know as time goes on, there will be changes to make the races better. With that being said, I would HANDS DOWN come back to the races here in Disneyland! It was sooo different than the Disney World races, and I truly liked that. It's Walt's first park! I got to run where he once walked! How cool is that?! I will say out of the three races I ran, the 5k was my favorite, and the 10k was a close second! You got to spend so much time in the parks!
