Playing for you J.S.Bach's Prelude and Fugue n°3 in C sharp Major, BWV 848, from his well-tempered clavier (Wohltemperiertes Clavier), book 1, on my Saxon Clavichord. Don't let the repeat of the prelude surprise you, I just had so much fun that ti didn't want it to be over yet...:-). You know, once you're 'in-the-movement', it feels like walking on the clouds. Or something like that. This recording is the third of the July/August 2017 project, in which we're about to play p&f n° 1-8, releasing every Tuesday at 5PM a new recording. The coming months/year, we'll add two more such projects to the channel, to come to the YouTube release of the 24 p&f's of book one, after which, similar to the Partitas, all 24 will be rerecorded for release on CD /Vinyl.
