Today I hunt for treasure at my favorite beach in South Florida after the long and hot Memorial Day Weekend. The masses of people have vacated the beach and left us many wonderful items to be discovered. When I arrived, the tide was still high so I focussed on the dry sand first, then I hit the shore as the tide started to recede. I used my XP Deus 2 Metal Detector, which has proven to be worthy of the task. During this hunt, I found an 18k Gold ring, a 925 sterling silver ring, many coins and plenty of other unexpected treasures.
