What caught my attention to the series was the weapon system that Thunder Force always had in each game that allows it's players to quickly change through the inventory once obtained. This game (meaning PSX version of it) in particular is my least liked out of the series although I played it the most maybe because the Saturn version (IMO) is so much better and a little harder.
