Walkthrough of Ortona Lock South Campground

Ortona Lock South Campground is part of the Ortona Lock and Dam facility located along the Caloosahatchee Waterway near Labelle and Moore Haven, Fl. It is an Army Corps of Engineer (COE) Campground. In this video we walk you through each of the campsites located in the east and west ends of the campground. Music in this video is licensed through Soundstripe and Epidemic Music: "Campsite Dream" by Morgan Taylor "The Mountains Are Alive" by Sounds Like Sander "Raising Home" by Dreamlamp "Touch and Go" by Reveille When we first began our search for campgrounds, we were taking leaps of faith on what any given campsite looked like because it was impossible to see individual sites, UNLESS someone provided a drive-by or a walkthrough video. So we pledged when we began to provide walkthrough videos in campgrounds where it was appropriate. Some campgrounds have nearly identical sites, so there's no benefit to that, or others are just too big to provide any kind of comprehensive coverage. But for those where it seems appropriate, we'll provide this to other campers who benefit from seeing a campsite before booking. In this case, we did not walk through it in numerical order because of lighting, the layout of the campground, and the orientation for filming. I've provided a rough table of contents below so you can jump to the location in the video where you are considering a site: 0:00 - Intro 0:10 - Map of East Campground 0:13 - Sites 12 to 1 (in descending order) 2:47 - Sites 20 to 13 (in descending order) 4:56 - East Bath House 5:06 - Sites 30-21 (in descending order) (These, I believe, are the best campsites in the campground 8:00 - Map of West Campground 8:10 - Bridge connecting east and west campgrounds 8:18 - Sites 39 to 31 (in descending order) 10:20 - Sites 51 to 47 (in descending order) 11:54 - West Bath House 12:08 - Sites 46 to 40 (in descending order) 13:58 - Other amenities and scenes from the campground 14:55 - End screen Quick correction in the video; the caption for Site 26 says "Handicap accessible". That actually applies to Site 25, not 24. Our apologies.
