We were lucky enough to catch a pair of house finches bonding at the birdseeds this morning! Amid the many visitors was a male and female house finch who displayed some adorable courting rituals by feeding one another bird seeds! The female house finch will often "beg" for food the way that chicks do in order to bond with her mate - and we caught it up close and personal! How cute!!
