Onigiri | Sausage Rice Balls

At our home, we make a large batch of onigiri at once and freeze them for later use. Having a quick breakfast with carbohydrates and protein in just 3 minutes is so convenient! Ingredients Rice: 2 cups Water: 450ml Onion: 1 Sausages: 6 Eringi mushrooms: 1-2 Consommé granules: 2 tablespoons White wine: 2 tablespoons Black pepper: a pinch Salt: a pinch Green bell peppers: 4 Directions 1 Finely chop the eringi mushrooms, sausages, and onion. 2 In a pot, combine the ingredients: rinsedrice, eringi mushrooms, sausages, onion, consommé granules, white wine, water, salt, and black pepper. 3 Initially, use high heat. 4 Once it boils, reduce the heat to low. 5 When the water has evaporated, turn off the heat and let it steam for 10 minutes. 6 Mix well and let it cool slightly. 7 Finely chop the green bell peppers. For variety, use 2 each of red and green bell peppers. 8 Microwave the chopped bell peppers for 1 minute. 9 Add the bell peppers to the rice once it has cooled slightly. 10 Fill the rice ball mold with the mixture, pressing firmly to shape the onigiri. 11 Serve on a plate, and your dish is ready. 12 If you wrap them in plastic wrap and freeze them, you'll have a delicious breakfast ready in just 3 minutes every morning.
