Why does Catford have two stations? And I discovered that you can't buy a paper ticket between them ... because obviously it's quicker to walk. Except, you CAN take the train - going the long way round, and if you pay for it on Oyster. But how long does it take? And how much does it cost? Catford to Catford Bridge is shown as a 'walking route' on the the new London Rail Map, and is also (as you would expect) an official OSI, so you can change between the two stations and not be charged twice - it counts as one journey.
