This video documents some of the changes and new construction in the area of central Manchester to the south east. We start in Ardwick, continue past the UMIST Campus and no to Mayfield Park and a new construction site on Great Ancoats Street. Also featured is a new book written by Andy Spinoza who formerly ran PR companies. He has had a unique view on the development of Manchester over 40 years.
