In the second episode Stig will attempt the most dangerous challenge yet. He will try and break his own World Record of HOLDING his breath underwater for over 22 minutes. As a warm up to his breathtaking record attempt Stig freedives with sharks and crocodiles on the unspoilt reefs of Cuba where he introduces the history of freediving, and where he gives an insight of the importance of yoga and meditation, for him to be able to break world records. Throughout the show, Stig contributes to a whole new world of scientific research by allowing scientists to test and evaluate what happens to his body under the extreme physical and mental stress.
