Thoovanam Waterfalls is one of the most beautiful waterfall inside the forest in Kerala. It is located within Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary, near Marayoor. This is also a wonderful place for trekkers and others who love nature. We are trekking to this waterfalls today and after returning from the Thoovanam, we are staying in a mud house at the top of the hill at Marayoor. The way to the mud house is an adventurous offroad. ചിന്നാർ കാടിനകത്തുകൂടി മൂന്നു കിലോമീറ്റർ നടന്നു പോയി കാണാവുന്ന വെള്ളച്ചാട്ടമാണ് തൂവാനം. ട്രെക്കിങ്ങ് ഒക്കെ ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്ന കാടിനെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് ഇതൊരു അടിപൊളി അനുഭവം ആയിരിക്കും. നമ്മൾ ഇന്ന് ഈ കാട്ടിലൂടെ നടന്നു തൂവാനം വെള്ളച്ചാട്ടത്തിലേക്കാണ് പോകുന്നത്‌. എന്നിട്ട്‌ തിരിച്ച് വന്ന് മറയൂരുള്ള ഒരു മലയുടെ മുകളിലെക്ക് ഒരു ഓഫ്‌റോഡ് ജീപ്പിൽ adventure trip വന്നു അവിടുത്തെ മൺവീട്ടിൽ താമസിച്ചു ഒരു പ്രൈവറ്റ് വെള്ളച്ചാട്ടത്തിൽ കുളിച്ചു തിരിച്ചു പോരുന്ന കാഴ്ചകളാണ് ഈ travel story യിൽ.
