Teacher Training Workshop: Concepts in Science for High School Teaching

Directorate of IBA Community Colleges and Schools, Sukkur IBA University arranged a 1-day workshop for Physics and General Science teachers of IBA community colleges, public and government schools of districts Khairpur, Sukkur, and Larkana. Dr. Pervez Hoodbhoy conducted the workshop on “Concepts in Science for High School Teaching” in which he engaged teachers in a simulation-based teaching approach. He urged that teachers should uplift learners’ critical, creative, and scientific skills. The workshop included many concepts of physics and general science which are essential for teachers at the high school level.
