When both of your opponents' feet are on your gi, they can use their big strong legs against you and find the leverage. Enter the Dirty Feet game. You have a clean, fresh, Pedro Sauer Grips Gi and your goal is to keep it clean. I.e. Without their feet on your gi, they can't get their guard started. This is how you premeditate the move so that you can stop it before it even starts, not when it's already done. It's not a matter of using muscle to block your opponent, but putting your bones in the right positions to create the necessary structures.
