Here's my CCA Demo (Conduct Competency Assessment) for Bread and Pastry Production NC II. We were only given 20 minutes to finish this demo. I have almost 2 minutes excess time. If you are preparing for this demo, try your best to finish in less than 20 minutes but still making sure that you will be giving a good feedback to your trainees' performance. ❗❗❗DISCLAIMER: - It's better to use earphones or headsets for this video. - Please don't mind my super duper biiiig ID. We had a good laugh about it too. 😂😂😂 - There's still a lot of room for improvements for this demo (like my ID). Always listen to your trainer for feedbacks. FLOW OF THE DEMO: Part 1 • Introduce yourself • Mention the venue of the demo and duration (eg. Colegio de Sta. Monica de Angat, assessment is from 8am to 5pm) • Check the facility/venue • Introduce the important people o TESDA Representative who will provide the Test package like the Assessors’ Guide, Specific Instructions, Rating Sheets, etc) o Assessment Center Manager and o Processing Officer who will provide the filled out application form, attendance sheet. Self-assessment guide, attendance sheet, consent form and CARS • Clear out that these people are there to oversee the conduct of assessment. They are not there to assess • Attendance Check and Validation of identity of the candidates o Look for valid ID and admission slip o Check the Name, Signature and picture on the ID if these matches with the info on the attendance sheet, admission slip and application form • Explain the importance of Self-Assessment Guide • Mention that you have already validated their identities and you have already checked the completeness of the test package and the documents needed for the assessment and that they are completely and correctly filled-out – this means they are now ready to take the NATIONAL ASSESSMENT Part 2: Orientation • Give the overview of the qualification to be assessed o Bread and Pastry Production with COMMON, BASIC AND CORE COMPETENCIES o Focus only on the core competencies • Explain the following: o Purpose of assessment- to gain a National Certificate o Explain the importance of NC o What will you assess? – their KSA or Knowledge, Skills and Attitude • Explain what will they do after getting a C and NYC remark • Rules and Regulations • 15 min break Part 3: Assessment Proper • Explain what will happen to the assessment- Demo, Written and Oral Questioning • Ask if they have questions • Give the Consent Form and specific instructions • Assign a candidate number • Mention that you will be recording and taking note of their performance through the Rating Sheet • Demonstration (record their performance on Rating Sheet) • Oral Questioning • Written test • Feedbacking • Result- C or NYC • Mention that they can get the CARS at the office of the processing officer after ensuring the signature from the AC manager • Mention that you are done accomplishing the necessary forms, you have validated and double-checked the forms especially the results on attendance sheet, RWAC, CARS and rating sheet • Mention that you have already returned the test package to the TESDA Representative • Bye bye ❗❗❗Need the script?
