Remote Access: Securely connect your devices over the internet with ZeroTier

In this video we'll be looking at remotely accessing devices on your home network. This will be done using an ingenious approach from the open source ZeroTier. Starting with a brief overview of the more traditional approach, we'll then see how this compares to ZeroTier. Next, we'll set up a secure virtual network and add several devices to it. In particular, we'll walk through the process in Windows, Android and Linux. To make use of the connections we'll see how to remotely access Nextcloud, and also set up a remote desktop connection to take control of a Windows computer over the internet. Finally, we'll cover how to remove devices from ZeroTier when you no longer want to connect to them remotely.
