Bengali singer Poushali Banerjee slammed singer Rupankar Bagchi for his earlier comments on Bollywood singer KK which had invited the wrath of netizens. Banerjee had attended her favourite KK’s concert on May 30. Poushali lashed out at Rupankar Bagchi and shared a post on her social media profile. The singer is still in disbelief that the person whose show she attended a day back, is no more the next day. Singer-composer Krishnakumar Kunnath, popularly known as KK, passed away on Tuesday evening (May 31) shortly after his performance at Nazrul Manch in Kolkata. He was 53. As per reports, the playback singer collapsed after the concert. He was rushed to the private hospital CMRI, where he was declared brought dead. He was in the city for a two-day concert. KK was one of the most versatile singers of the Indian film industry. He has recorded songs in several languages like Bengali, Hindi, Tamil, Telegu, Kannada and others.
