First fights with the Skyhawk | A4E PvP | DCS World

I’m sharing my first sorties with the the A4E-Skyhawk full fidelity Mod I had on Enigmas Cold War server in DCS World. The Skyhawk is a completely free Mod for the digital combat simulator on par with other payed full fidelity modules and developed by a very passionate community, which is committed to keep it as a free Mod. It is mainly an Attack Aircraft but for this session I took it out with a pure AA load out to check out its capabilities. In this thrilling session two enemy Mirage F1 EE were pouncing on all our ground attack aircraft and wreaking havoc amongst them. They even came up right to our doorstep at Beirut Airbase. We managed to fend them off for a while but they were always lurking and came back and kept me on the edge the whole time. I also had one of the longest Dogfights in my whole time playing DCS, where I managed to hold up against the far superior Mig 19 in an arm breaking fight, so make sure to watch till the end to not miss it.
