Nine Step Purification Breathing Technique

This video demonstrates the Nine Step Purification Breathing Technique as taught by Dr. Nida Chenagtsang. The Nine Step Purification Breathing Technique is used to clean our three channels in our body, the central channel, the left channel, and the right channel. We begin with the Seven Meditation Postures of Vairocana. By blocking our left nostril first, we clean our right (red) channel. This is followed by blocking our right nostril to clear the left (white) channel. Afterwards, we breath in from both nostrils to clear all three channels. This is considered one cycle. This sequence is repeated 3 times to complete the nine breaths.
